Resource Management

Because your energy supply is limited, use it wisely when deciding which vehicles and buildings to create. Certain vehicles and buildings cost more in energy units than others. The cost in energy units is noted to the right of each vehicle or building type on the create menu (accessed on your Host Station's game screen panel by clicking the Create button). If your Energy Manager indicates that you only have enough energy to create one Warhammer or three Foxes, for example, you may want to create the three Foxes, depending on the circumstances.

The create menu lists the vehicles to the left and their costs in energy units to the right.

The Energy Manager indicates the amount of energy units each reservoir contains.

Monitor your Energy Manager, especially when under heavy attack or when building up your armada.

Always track how efficiently your Host Station is absorbing energy and, in particular, the amount of energy units your Host Station Life Energy reservoir has stored. Actively acquire energy whenever possible. If your Host Station life energy reaches 0, its energy is depleted and your Host Station is destroyed.

Lock an energy reservoir whenever you need other reservoirs to fill more quickly. For example, if you need more energy to beam your Host Station to another location, locking the Creation Energy and Host Station Life Energy reservoirs will allow the Beam Energy reservoir to fill faster.

Absorption Rate
Tracks your Host Station's energy absorption rate. Beam your Host Station next to a power station and conquer the surrounding sectors to markedly increase your energy absorption rate. The number on the left indicates the amount of energy units you are acquiring every 20 seconds. The number to the right indicates the percentage rate at which your Host Station is absorbing energy. For example, if your energy absorption rate is at 100%, your Host Station is absorbing the optimal amount of energy possible.
